It is understood that, at the news conference held by NNB in June 3rd, Li Ganjie, Vice Minister of environmental protection, said that the most stringent means would be used to comprehensively regulate the lead battery industry and the regenerated lead industry, and strive to curb the frequent occurrence of lead pollution accidents.

At the same time, the price of lead has been rising, making the production cost of lead-acid battery pushed up gradually and lead battery following the price increase.
